About This Project
This incredible transformation of the property with the creation of the rear extension and garage conversion by Charles Linton Construction was achieved using our Custom Cut Fresh Sawn Structural Green Oak.
The construction includes using the beams for creating a strong roofing structure for the extension, in conjunction with brickwork and expert roofing. Our Structurally Graded Oak beams are perfect for this kind of job, leading to minimal movement over time as it dries out as long as fitted correctly, being able to withstand large amounts of pressure and weight. We offer standard QP1 graded beams as well as visually graded TH1/THA and TH2/THB beams at an extra cost. We also offer structurally graded C16 and C24 Treated Softwood timber, which can also be used in roofing structures.
