About This Project
Oak Porches are the perfect way to complete any front door of a home, especially those that are looking for a classical or rustic finish to their property. Rob Bredemear had used Structural Green Oak beams to construct this porch for the outside of this stunning stone building. The porch is a visually enticing extension of the building, adding depth and shelter to the front of the house, protecting from the weather elements all year round. The use of Structural Green Oak is optimal for such structure, the moisture content of the beams great for carpentry use and to be used for outdoor purposes whilst keeping the longevity and integrity of the material. Here at UK Timber we offer our Structural Green Oak within our custom cutting section, with section sizes up to 450mm x 450mm and lengths up to 12.5m, with nationwide delivery to mainland UK. We also offer pre-made porches and easy assembly porch kits in a variety of dimensions.
